Best Aadhaar Seva Kendra in Madhya Pradesh

Bhopal: The Aadhaar Seva Kendra (ASK) operating at the Head Post Office located in Ratlam district headquarters has been declared the best Aadhaar Seva Kendra in Madhya Pradesh. Among the centers operating across 23 divisions and 55 districts of the Madhya Pradesh Postal Circle, the Ratlam Head Post Office center was selected as the best for the period from April 1 to December 31 for the year 2025-26.

In a dignified ceremony held in Bhopal on January 16, the Chief Postmaster General of MP Circle, Mr. Vineet Mathur, Postmaster General of Jabalpur Region, Mr. Brijesh Kumar, and Postmaster General of Indore Region, Ms. Preeti Agrawal, honored the Superintendent of Ratlam Head Post Office, Mr. Rajesh Kumawat, by presenting the Circle Trophy.

Dedicating this achievement to the Aadhaar operators of the Ratlam Postal Division, Mr. Rajesh Kumawat stated that this success is the result of their hard work and commitment. He mentioned that:

  • Outreach: Special camps were organized in coordination with the district administration, schools, and Gram Panchayats to provide Aadhaar-related services.
  • Flexibility: Camp durations were extended whenever necessary, and services were provided in multiple shifts.
  • Customer Satisfaction: All Aadhaar centers in Ratlam district are providing satisfactory services, making them the preferred choice for beneficiaries.

Key Highlight: 12-Hour Continuous Service

A significant factor behind this recognition is that, excluding holidays, the Aadhaar Seva Kendra at Ratlam Head Post Office operates continuously for 12 hours (from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM) from Monday to Saturday. This dedicated service schedule has allowed the Ratlam center to create a distinct identity for itself throughout Madhya Pradesh.
