Sanjay Agrawal’s Book F5 Launched

Bhopal: The book F5 – The Refresh Button of Life by senior Indian Revenue Service officer Mr. Sanjay Agrawal was launched Sunday, March 01, 2026 at a dignified function in Bhopal. The launch event was held under the chief guestship of Mr. Manoj Shrivastava, Election Commissioner of Madhya Pradesh. Distinguished theatre personality Dr. Sanjay Mehta, senior litterateur Dr. Sudhir Azad, and senior writer Mrs. Kamal Chandra were present as special guests.

On this occasion, Chief Guest Mr. Manoj Shrivastava said that F5 – The Refresh Button of Life is truly a creative weave of the computer keyboard buttons—Alt, Ctrl, Esc, and Enter—combined with life philosophy, offering simple solutions to our day-to-day problems. Explaining these five buttons in detail with several examples, he emphasized the importance of maintaining continuous communication with family, friends, and loved ones in today’s fast-paced world. Doing so, he said, keeps one refreshed and helps resolve many problems through dialogue and connection—an essence that is beautifully captured in Mr. Sanjay Agrawal’s book. He praised Mr. Agrawal’s simple, natural, and fluent language, stating that the book would certainly serve as an inspiration to readers.

Senior theatre artist Dr. Sanjay Mehta remarked that Mr. Agrawal’s book presents life philosophy in simple language and teaches what it truly means to be human. He expressed confidence that the book would carry forward the tradition of saints and poets like Kabir, Tulsidas, Meera, and Rahim. It not only teaches the right way to live but also cautions readers about the adverse effects of the digital age and how to avoid them.

Dr. Sudhir Azad observed that while motivational books are generally logical in nature, Mr. Sanjay Agrawal’s F5 – The Refresh Button of Life is distinctly different. He said that the book offers solutions to the challenges that arise while walking the parallel paths of tradition and modernity. According to him, the book is not only motivational but will also guide the youth.

Mrs. Kamal Chandra stated that the book provides easy solutions to various aspects and problems of life while remaining grounded in reality and practical living.

During the program, the author’s father, Mr. R. B. Agrawal, praised his son Sanjay, saying that he has reached this position through his hard work. His wife, Mrs. Shalini Agrawal, became emotional while sharing that Mr. Sanjay fulfills his responsibilities with complete dedication and passion. She mentioned that the publication of his second book within just six months is a testament to his commitment. Mr. Munnalal Agrawal, the author’s maternal uncle, also addressed the gathering.

At the beginning of the program, Mr. Suhas Mishra described Sanjay Agrawal and his book as one and the same, stating that Mr. Agrawal’s personality is simple, gentle, and like a refreshing breeze—an experience one can feel both by reading the book and by meeting him in person.

On this occasion, the author Mr. Sanjay Agrawal shared that in our daily lives, there are many small yet important aspects that we often ignore and later suffer the consequences. He emphasized that if we work with mutual dialogue, contact, cooperation, coordination, and positive thinking, even the most difficult problems can be resolved easily.

The program began with the guests offering floral tributes to the idol of Goddess Saraswati and lighting the ceremonial lamp. The event was conducted by Dr. Alpana Verma, and the vote of thanks was delivered by Mr. Brijesh Rawat.

A large number of litterateurs and distinguished citizens were present at the event.
