Soumya Kaushik Spreading Awareness for Energy and Environmental Conservation

Awareness Rally Organized with Children

Bhopal. By organizing an awareness rally on energy and environmental conservation with young children in BHEL Nagar and nearby colonies, Soumya Kaushik, director of “Tiny Tots Coaching Classes,” is emerging as an inspiring example of positive social change. Along with her mother, Apoorva Kaushik, she has been spreading awareness about energy saving, environmental protection, and the judicious use of natural resources. Through the rally, citizens were appealed to contribute towards reducing the additional burden on the country’s foreign exchange reserves by conserving fuel, electricity, and other essential resources during the present global circumstances.

In today’s modern era, when the reckless exploitation of natural resources has become a serious concern, there are still individuals working silently for a safer future for coming generations. Among them are Apoorva Kaushik and Soumya Kaushik of “Tiny Tots Coaching Classes,” who are not only imparting academic education to children but are also teaching them practical lessons on energy conservation and environmental protection.

Keeping in mind the appeal made by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the current global challenges, Soumya Kaushik has been working through her institution to develop sensitivity among children towards the responsible use of resources. She believes that if environmental awareness is instilled in children from an early age, they will grow up to become responsible and conscious citizens.

Inspired by Her Father

Soumya Kaushik says that she drew inspiration for energy and environmental conservation from her father, energy auditor and engineer Vineet Kaushik. Since childhood, she has watched him motivate people from all sections of society to save energy. He has consistently shared practical suggestions on LPG conservation, balanced fuel usage, electricity saving, and the proper utilization of limited natural resources.

Transforming Global Vision into a Grassroots Campaign

Soumya shared that her father spread the message of energy and environmental conservation not only in India but also abroad during his professional career. She said, “As a child, I may not have fully understood the seriousness of this issue, but today, as a teacher, I deeply realize that natural resources are limited and conserving them is our collective responsibility.”

Children Being Taught ‘Three-Way Saving’

At “Tiny Tots Coaching Classes,” children are being educated on three major aspects of saving and conservation:

1. Saving Money – Reducing household expenses through the proper use of resources.
2. Protecting the Environment – Planting and protecting trees, minimizing the use of plastic, and controlling pollution.
3. Conserving Energy – Sensible use of electricity, water, and fuel according to necessity.

Soumya Kaushik believes that the younger generation has the power to change the future. Her efforts are now receiving appreciation at the local level, and she continues to move forward in transforming her father’s mission into a people’s movement so that the coming generations may inherit a safer, greener, and more prosperous future.
